Appointment request
In order to be able to process your request as soon as possible, it is no longer possible to book an appointment yourself. Instead, you can send us an appointment request.
When requesting an appointment, you must first agree to the privacy policy. This basically explains that we store your personal data in order to be able to access them in the further course of the event. However, your data will not be passed on to third parties.
You can then enter your request and your personal data. Your personal data (e-mail address, telephone number) will help us to contact you as soon as possible. If you need the appointment for several family members, please give us a short note in the comments field.
Once you have filled in all the mandatory fields, clicking on "Weiter" will take you to an intermediate page where you can check your details again. You can then click on "Abschicken" to send the appointment request. You will not receive a confirmation by e-mail. If you have successfully sent the request, the text "Vielen Dank. Ihre Nachricht wurde erfolgreich übermittelt." will stand at the top of the side. You also have the possibility to download your appointment request as a PDF document.
After we have received your request for an appointment, a person in charge will take care of your request and answer you via mail or e-mail. To extend your residence permit, it is sufficient to send the appointment request three months before the expiry of your residence permit.
Please understand that due to the large number of enquiries, it may take some time to respond. However, we will do our best to process your request as soon as possible.
