You can come to the customer centres in our offices in City Centre (Mitte), Hiltrup and North without an appointment. Here, you can obtain general information on the subject of Unemployment Benefit II and also submit your documents. The customer centre also coordinates your appointments for job placements and granting of payments if you have not yet made an appointment.
The office responsible for you in consultancy and placement depends on where you live and whether you are in one of the groups of people for whom we have a specific offer of consultancy. For receipt of payments, please always get in touch with the office responsible for your address.
Each Monday to Friday between 9.00 and 10.00 a.m., we can also be contacted in the House of Assistance for the Homeless (HdW), Bahnhofstraße 62, 48143 Münster.
