Citizen Services

The Office for Citizen Services and its subsidiary offices are crucial information points. It is not always necessary to go to Stadthaus 1  to take care of all official matters. The city's five district administration offices and three district citizenship offices also offer a range of services. Exceptions are naturalisation and citizenship matters.
